Nothing's Changed my mind

So, at this point in time, it's looking like the Kolb experiment is a failure (and we've no backup, either). 

When they first picked him up, I had two reactions: "who" and "why". I still don't really know the answer to the former and, after this year's decisions around him, the latter is greatly amplified.
