Careful, Jersey: you're pushing yourselves down a VERY slippery slope over someone's *suicide*.

I know it's outrageous. I know you want to rise up in righteous indignation. And, I know you want to do something. You don't, however, want to mortgage everyone's future just for the illusion of "justice" today. Down that path, madness and damnation lays.

The only thing more tragic than the Clementi case is the distortion of the law various groups want to perpetrate to "set an example".
