Drug Abuse as a Business Model

When Cartoon Network puts on shows like "Delocated", I think they rely on people being too stoned to change the channel. I mean, I know that a lot of people that watch Adult Swim aren't substance-free. Many are complete hammered or stoned out of their gourds. But, when things like "Delocated," the various "Tim & Eric" shows and the like are on, all I can figure is that Cartoon Network relies on people being stoned. They're either hoping that, in a stoned state, those shows come across as funnier than when straight or that people will be too stoned to figure out how to change channels.
