Dain-Bramage

According to this article "Brain injuries afflict 1.4 million Americans each year". Given what I see on a day-to-day basis, I think this number is vastly understating the scale of the epidemic. Then again, a lot of the brain-damage I see seems to be congenital, rather than the result of injury.
